How to use the ingame petition system

We currently have 2 options to file a ticket to our gamemasters and our support.

One is described here: Important How to contact our Gamemasters

We also have an ingame ticket system which is called Petition System. This way you can file a ticket ingame directly.

Step 1


  • Open your Menu and choose Support -> Help & Support
Step 2


  • Click on the button below saying "Write Petition"
Step 3

  • Choose a Category
  • Type in your Title and your text (keep it brief)
  • Add Coordination or location (you can do /loc ingame to check your current location and the coordinates).
  • Submit your petition
  • Wait for response (ticket should stay even if you are logged out)
Important: A category and a location needs to be added otherwise the submission button stays greyed out.
