Well Gameforge support account is separate from Gameforge game account. Need to create a separate account to contact them. (can use the same email for it but still need to create an account for support)

That temporary ban of mine was only till I verified my email. So in your case I would advise you to contact customer support.

Did you verify your email before logging in ? Once made a new account only to be met with a temporary ban because I tried to log in as an unverified user.

If you did not want to grind then Aion is the wrong game. Aion is all about grinding, grinding for gear and grinding to socket and enhance the gear and all of it is rng related. If you love grinding forever and forever then aion is the perfect game for you.
