I agree with twardy. This has never happened to me before and it doesn't sound like it can be solved here. I'd send a ticket to Support as well.

I have been lenient with these off-topics here because some of them are good feedback and frankly, it's great to see you guys being so passionate about Aion. However, this thread is to discuss 6.5 stuff only. There is a dedicated 6.2 feedback thread and you can also start another one if you feel you want to go more in-depth about the current state of the game in 6.2. I have already made a verbal warning post in this page and further off-topics beyond this point will not be tolerated.

Guys, guys, come on. This thread is about information on the upcoming 6.5 update and almost nothing I read on the this page is related to it. If you want to discuss the current state of the game, do it on another thread please.

All right, first off, insults towards the staff / players is not allowed on the forums. In fact, avoid insulting at all. That's not how you're gonna get your voice heard. Secondly, if you have reasons to believe someone might be using third party scripts, bots, and generally doing shady stuff, always report them to Support with as many details as possible. Hi @nyunyo, I personally have not experienced any disconnects lately and I'm not aware of any major connectivity problems. Alright, there's a few things that might be at play here. 1) As verizan said, the character data screenshot must be taken from the character creation interface: Gold Sand shop -> Clothing -> Modify Appearance -> Save Appearance. Regular screenshots of the character will not work. You can identify character screenshots by their name. They are named AionCustomize by default. 2) The gender of the characters must also match. @MOLSON, as Kery already asked, is your friend from the same faction? The system cannot import data from opposing races. I can't tell for sure due to the low resolution of the screenshot, but it looks like you're playing an Asmodian and you're trying to apply Elyos customization data, and unfortunately, this is not possible. Please make sure that your friend's character data matches the race you want to create. You need Elyos character data if you want to create an Elyos, and Asmodian character …

Hi @BoroBeast, as others have mentioned, your best bet to recover your items safely is to send a ticket to Support (see my signature for a quick link). I won't close the thread yet as other players may still be able to offer you viable in-game solutions but if I were you, I'd contact Support just to be sure.

@Aesith, I'm not quite sure what you mean. There have been many freebies on the Aion Shop lately and what you probably saw are the two free Rune contracts as that's what's currently running. Nevertheless, the thread feels like trolling so I'll be closing it now. If you want to discuss the Aion Shop, whether you have something positive or negative to say, please do so in a constructive manner.
