I thought that the kinah amounts needed to be swapped (inventory price <-> merchant price) (that would make sense though ), not to be the same low. The fact that we have the same price for inventory and merchant sale now means it's custom change and not really a fix. Some kind of check readiness as you have in alliance could work, if person doesn't respond to that they won't get rewards. This action can be called check inactivity, after some member of group (or only group leader?) use that, you'd get window similar to rolling for gear if you want to check that person for inactivity. if you were using vertical ascend/descend keys, it's possible that you're not going at your full speed. I tested this once with western shard of latesran by going up with maybe 1 m and 10 sec flight time back in a day. Vertical flying (actions rise and fall) was slower than normally flying upwards. That's even when taking into the account sort of spiraly movement you have to keep because you can't fly straight up with wasd and camera angle without moving a little bit horizontally too.
