      So we all have been struggling, farming mobs, mini bosses and even instances, and drop rate simply seems to be pathetic, It's already a massive pain that items break and enchanting rate seems to be ridiculous, would be great if gameforge could share a % enchanting success table!
      Since 5.0 I've barely seen any 80 Level world drop weapons for sale / on the broker, Library of knowledge and Garden of knowledge Drop rates are RIDICULOUS. To get one of those items you have to wait months to farm fragments for one, or spend 500kk / item (if you find the materials which is rare), and on top of that, the chance of breaking when enchanting with All powerfull enchantment stone and Supplements with enchantment pack(shop item) seems to be really high, Failed 2 last 2 days +4 and +5 with all of the stated above. Gameforge must increase the drop rate, and A LOT, not just slighty. Starts to be really unpleasant to play in this conditions. I've killed Piton several times and never seen a single Blessed item, is this supposed to be, is this normal? Piton as the hardest boss to finish in current patch not dropping a single blessed item? Disappointing..

      I've also failed countless of other world drop items.


      What should be done to make PvE & Farming more rewarding and enjoyable to players:

      - Increase Game Drop drastically, so we can farm and actually drop something, so we can do instances and drop an item that we need. It makes no sense you're not capable of getting the items you need from buying or dropping, and if by any chance you do they break. So.. Drop Rates MUST BE INCREASED! :love:

      World Drops + Instances such as Library of Knowledge and Garden of Knowledge need an imense Increase Drop rate, it mostly only drops items which are 100% drop. Farming hours World Bosses , mobs and you get maybe 1 mythical armor part.. Not fair and not right, please fix it!

      You are beyond disgusting. Unfortunately everything you said is correct, as far as we all know, even who doesnt want to admit it, game is going downhill for a while now, so gameforge actually taking care of it would be a great idea to not only make some players come back to Aion but also would help the actual struggling ones, except ego maniac kids such as you, seriously..you have everything that it is possible to achieve in this game, you've always had it and you will most likely eventually still have it in the future patches, obviously without hard working for it, items and gear that 90% of the community, and 100% of the f2p players, wont have EVER, and yet you're still here, after few fails, QQing on forums for lvl reduction stones, gp's and more drop rates/enchant rates, i wonder how low can you possibly go my dear Surfy :)

      I did infact say that hes right, game problems with him being disgusting are 2 different things that i explained into 2 different parts of my point of view, the thing is, as you just mentioned, hes not doing this for all the players to be happy, hes just helping himself same as he did every other time, using people who are easy to manipulate and attention whores :3, the fact that in the end this post may be any usefull to gameforge to actually change smth in game for all the players to be happy is smth he truly doesnt give any crap about xd

    • So "dead game trolls" moved here. Even more "new" users we have now. Funny how the writing style of [NICK]noaimdeyla is the same as Tamak's ....

      But on the topic - Not sure if anything changed, farming is giving less manastones but I think this is related with the more stuff mobs drop now since 5.1 - crafting mats. Maybe the lack of 80 lvl items is because people are keeping them to themselves ? It is indeed hard to make a peace from Garden, but the reason is that not many people can complete it. First two bosses are hard enough and you have to be at least 72. Maybe in 1-2 months things will change and we can see more mats and items from there in broker, like we have now from LoK. Re the enchantment its pure RnG. Made a sword to +10 with normal enchantment stones few days ago, no supplements at all. Also couple of wings to +10/11 again with normal ench/no supp. But last week I broke 3 peaces of wings for +4-5 so ...I would be happy if the drop rate is better, at least for manastones

      P.S. dont have enchantment packs or anything
    • Dropped my first demise weapon yesterday. Considering the fact I may slaughter around 3000 mobs daily (when I'm bored at work), the rates are low indeed. I assume, Nosra/Esterra have the lowest drop rate settings comparing with other maps. For example, since the launch of 5.0 I've managed to obatain 1 GS & 1 APES, although the stigma bags drop quite often. The rift spawn probability is also low. Sometimes it takes hours after you see the rift and mainly the Thief spawns, when you've been waiting for a Legate.

    • It's easy to see the drop rates are not the same as korea here, when I'm bored I do browse on Aion Korea Aion characters webpages. And you mostly see mages with level 80 world drop weapons +20++, making +20 is already hard enough, but not having an weapon to do so makes it impossible. I've never seen a spellbook Lv80 world drop for sale among other weapons for example. The only reason I made this post is so gameforge understands that this is impossible, even for P2W people they can't P2W cause there is no items to P2W..

      ps: I do compare to korea, even if they have way more players they certainly have million more lv80 world drop items.

      Tbh you are looking at the wrong things

      The Korean servers are swarmed with bots and as you know bots don't sleep.

    • To be honest the game economy is really haphazardly broken in many areas. You got old gear at the same ridiculous prices even tho theyre completely irrelevant and pointless to get (think old abyss armors still costing large amounts of AP and medals even tho theyre long outclassed by newer gear) and the drop rate just doesnt work in this day and age.

      Gameforge have nothing to lose by gradually upping the droprate but they do have players to lose by doing nothing. The power gap between newer players/returning ones and older geared players is ridiculously over the top. Excessive grinding only bores people or burns em out too.

      Heres some suggestions

      Remove medal's as a requirement for all 65 abyss gear.
      Up the drop rate on all rarer gear in incriments until its high enough to supply the actual market. Drop rate needs to be balanced at the same ration as a typical korean server or better, ie if the average korean server has say 5000 players and the average GF server has 1000 then the drop rate for the GF server should be increased 5 fold to make up the difference.
