It is difficult to scroll on the phone

Search function doesn't work in Veteran Rewards, still have to CTRL+F in my browser.

So let me guess, after remodelling the whole shop, it is not improved the pre-visualization of skins,emotes, etc

sort the Veteran Reward items by name pls, ty
cant take 2much effort
scrolling the shop feels a bit slow, idk if on purpose

definetely not on purpose, page feels much havier than before , its as if i opened youtube with its current default html player playing a video atm

1) we not have Sort my name or by date "is standar by date"
2) And we can not see how much amount is remain on veteran rewards like it was before "example in every reset you have to take 8 times per item , that was appear in old veteran shop, now is not appear at all"

I used the "Allocate all" function but none of the items arrived in my mail box. More than it they appear as allocated rewards and i have 0 on allocatable section.

A search option for the "Send gift" list would be helpful for players with a large friendlist.

It's a lot easier to allocate veteran rewards like this, but I miss:
-some way to check off which rewards you want (rather than taking all, but taking multiple items at the same way)
-a way to sort by name would be great.
I also kinda miss having the different shop sections on the front page rather than having to click "all items" first. Maybe a "favourite 3 sections" or something would be possible? It's not of particular importance though.
It loads faster than the old shop for me, so I like the new version in general. -

old shop was loading instantly this one takes up to 5s to load (only main page load is ~fine for me) also buttons work whenever they like
also not rly a fan of those tooltip type menus

my man IT LOADS EXACTLY same amount of time as old aion shop..how can u see difference beyond me.Its a great improvement from old shop WHICH DEFINITELY needed update big thumbs up.

Pro's
- Loads faster (for me atleast)
- No "Your item has been allocated" popup screen and no refreshing of the page means that I can just spamclick allocate
- Allocate all
- There is no box next to each item which you can click and then afterwards "allocate all selected" (Please program this in!)
- There is no way to orden them (Please put them in alphabetical order!)

no possibility to sort
no possibility to search
no possibility to select and then apply
no possibility to see how often an item can be applied
general
nice that you can search now without browsing through everything
I think overall it will take a while that we get used to it. and pls implement the points regarding vet rewards
