New to the EU server and wanted to buy some stuff from the shop.
Used my debit card and for "security reasons" it was declined.
Went to use paypal and was declined there as well for some reason.
It's a debit card with more than enough money in the bank.
However, even after being declined, my card was charged and I have received no Aion Coins.
What can I do?
