Keep in mind that you can only socket SR+22 in old Gear:

Strike Resist +22 vs. HD Agility

And here's a table showing how much Strike Resist you get from X Agility+Y stones. Strike Resist +0 means = any other stone.

simply i have created the rules in the company firewall, i can manage them, but i can avoid internal company rules, just because i can't see some content on my work laptop...

It was more the thought of you sitting at work trying to work out why you could not see the files, not realizing that the firewall you manage was blocking you. It really did seem funny.

whats the power cap? when it becomes useless in attack stats to socket it?

If you socket Power+10:

Attack 5 - don't bother, even the last Power+10 will yield more than 5 Attack.
Attack 6 - The 41th Power+10 will yield 6 Attack.
Attack 7 - The 31st Power+10 will yield 7 Attack.
Attack 8 - The 23rd Power+10 will yield 8 Attack.

Does this apply for every CP stat? So can we just translate attack 5 to the equivalent of its level on all manastones and calculate how much stats they give with each point? Like knowledge - MB, CS / accuracy - acc, macc / power - attack, physical def (etc.)

At exactly 230 Agility you *should* get 12 Strike Resist for the next +10 Agility (631 + 12 = 643)

If you are Level 75 and have 60 CP in Agility, that is.
