      What they are doing is over-complicating things, why create an "alternative" solution when the solution is there, and is 10 times better than anything they can come up with.
      That's why Luna didn't give Apes and manastones for a year, because it was implemented to reward (afk) people with items... right?
      APE's been steadily hovering around 92kk before luna was nerfed and now that luna is nerfed in it's still like that, manastone prices are back to what they were pre-nerf and serums got bumped a bit which makes sense since it was only 20kk at a time. Where is the chaos? On new servers? Well obviously on new servers the economy is gonna be weird for few more months... literally everyone there is trying to gear up. If they didn't want that, they shouldn't have left the old server.


      Did galeas say "only narakkalli and museum are being looked at" ? No he didnt so who says thats the only thing that will be implemented, you ppl are constantly raging while knowing nothing, and if the response is "they should tell us more then", then you don't know how a company works, things constantly need to be approved and risk management must look at consequences and so on and so on. If they say "we are looking for apes in Lok" and then it shows its a bad thing to do, ppl will rage because they "promised" LOK changes.

      many people are saying gameforge is being incompetent, while making comments that clearly show they (and not gameforge) don't have a sense of how anything works.

      Go run hell pass in afk without that sam king show up and tell us what super drops you got then.

      oh, stop this madness about afk people. afk people exist in this game from it's release, it has always been an issue but it has never been dealt with. if the afk was the reason for this, it could have easily been changed by simply modifying the instances a bit, so it would end up punishing afk people and not literally everyone as it does right now. more over, that sudden spark of enlightenment towards how bad afk-ing is is not only surprising but quite not of time. why ignoring afk people that get rewarded at sieges than? why ignoring people that get rewarded in arenas for being afk? or in dredgions? or while botting? it's bigotry to use this as an excuse to nerf luna and not to bother at all about the rest of the afk issue.

      you haven't seen the empty brokers, have you? and if they are not so empty today, it is because of the birthday drop that more apes get on the broker and are not immediately bought because of their price. do not expect them to become cheaper, or to be in sufficient quantity unless that drop remains permanent.

      gameforge are incompetent. period. just as it was pointed out, because of their incompetence they treat Apes and serums as a luxury good while they are now basic thing. their incompetence is the reason for this thread here, because if they were competent, they would have managed to sustain their revenue in other ways and not to cling on apes and serums as something vital for their "balance".

      once mobile phones were luxurious thing to sell. now they are common. do you see any mobile provider trying to sell you models from 1995 as a luxurious good? no you don't. as the market changes, competent providers adapt. those like gameforge are trying to adapt the market to their preferences instead. that never works.

      To spice up the conversation even more... We've come to a point where it is cheaper to buy accounts from the market for VR APES and 100% untradeable socketing aids from anniversary bags than to play the game or use the shop itself. With 1100€ you can buy top notch fully geared chars these days. So what's the point even trying if everything gets this nerfed although the prices are so damn high in game?

      Afking in Hell Pass was barely profitable and doable especially after failing rank S if barrier is destroyed, if you think otherwise you're lacking some IQ points

      People did tests on average, 2 out of 16 runs gave you rank S, I would say it's probably even lower but let's say that.

      That's 2 accounts, and how long it takes to afk per character, 20 minutes? So you spend 5 hours in front of your PC constantly changing characters / avoiding kicked for afk, to get rewarded 2 rank S bags, out of which you had pre nerf maybe 1 in 5 chance to get apes.


      Okay, no to mention you have to upkeep a gold pack on every account etc. I'm not saying it wasn't doable but I wouldn't ever do it.

      The only thing that was very exploitable was the weekly. And nerfing is not the right answer, neither is finding alternative solution. The correct answer is fixing both instances.
