Common sense tells me noone should be spoken to this way if they're a customer. You've clearly stepped over the professional line and should therefore be gotten rid of.

If you have a problem with the actions or statement of a moderator, contact a higher ranked member of the team. Openly disrespecting a moderator and calling for him/her to be fired is off-topic regarding the thread, and does not belong on the board.

The servers went back on. If there is an issue then don't turn the servers online until you solve it

Common sense would be considered to keep the servers down if GF cant control the situation. From the point that the servers are running you cant blame any player for entering any instance. Whats wrong with you blaming it on the player lol.

no just go to server select try to go deyla and after 10 sec get cant connect to the server window and game closes

I had a talk with Cyan. While I agree with you that the phrasing was not ok, please understand that we are volunteers, spending our sparetime trying to keep the climate on the forum halfway civil.
We have no other possibility than inform the SysAdmin to restart servers, but thats about it. We have no information whatsoever caused it or how to solve it.
And can I ask you for a favour please? Please don't praise that DDOSer... it's me royally off that this piece of is ruining what little bit of gametime I have.
