      Whatever GF does affects you directly or not. I was a hardcore player and I have already started losing interest, especially when they undermine our intelligence by giving us the option to pay 69 AC for x3 Lodas Golden Star. That's just wrong...

      So I am trying to speak my voice rather than just quit in case they care enough to listen to our feedback.

      Obviously you werent here when the LUNA nerf happened the hundred of pages created towards gameforge ,and them not giving a nyerk?Or about nerf in each patch that we have received or the hero quest nerf or the NERF event that WE HAVE IN ALL given feedback,but look how good they have done,give not many nyerks.Please you are just new here..

      You don't need a survey to be able to tell, most people are unhappy.

      Every now and then they apologize for not listening/communicating with us well enough.
      Then the cycle continues.

      -Bugged events, such as daeva race.
      -Constant nerf on each and every events rates/rewards.
      -Changing the free shugo tokens from tradeable to untradeable, rendering them useless for anyone who isn't cashing in.
      -Giving out 22 or 23 cards (i don't remember exactly) where you have to collect 24.
      -Ninja nerfing Luna ape drops.
      -Ninja nerfing Mechanerk manastone amount.
      -Removing the supplements from tower of challenge, cuz balance. Tho, it was the dumbest thing you can imagine, as you can get more than twice the amount in a lok run.
      -Changing the manastone bags in tower from selectable to random.
      The list could go on all day.

      And now, they are handing out +7 hats in this random spinwhatever.
      Tho, i have to mention, rates are probably so low on getting anything, anyone who spends on this, deserves what he gets.

      Then we could talk about the game being promoted as free to play, but still having a subscription anyway.
      And even if you yourself don't have to spend cash on it, someone else has to.

      Check the forum. We have a lot of actives people here, trying to find ways to make "Aion great again". As for the Luna protest or "strike", aion community is a good one, kind etc. Balthazar said it, in a way. We don't see GF taking care of players feedback... We have space to "speak our voices" as u said, but that's all.
      Communication is still the same, their employes keep "forwarding" what we are saying that's all. We don't have feedback of our feedback. As an employee i won't even bother forwarding customers will if i already knows my company doesn't give a nyerk about it.

      This place is usefull only for players. To see they are others players who can help them, having some maintenace information the day of, or one day before maintenace, to see when the servers are down that GF anwser chen the server is up...



      For me i'd rather like a zergland, some people cheating or whatever event than these flowers or this wheel of ... At least for the pvp one if you want to play fair you can, and you still can get reward, challenge, whatever if one faction is overpopulated or not.
      But on these events, what can you do? Log and afk ? Have 10000 Alts for nothing ?
      Again non sense... Nerfing Luna cause we are afking and having APES, then giving event where u can get flowers by afking... GF the way you are thinking your event, i don't get it.
      And the promotion... I bet we don't have the same definition for "promotion". Some players said it already... 69 AC for... some consumables you can get for 5 KK kinah in game... What promo is that....

      Sight, Poor Aion, he thought he was saving Daevas by giving power to destroy balaurs... he should have nuked GF or send his aetheric fields around GF.

      The reactions are as bad as here and I hope Gameforge rethinks this Shop addition.
      In general I’m not someone blaming the game to be p2w since everything in Shop you can get ingame.
      But this addition is a prime example for p2w, cuz the content / prices you can win are untradeable and and you can’t wheel without spending your own money.
      Additionally I doubt the legitimacy of this wheel, since it’s in the shop and not ingame, and obviously a sort of lottery which is 18+.
    • You cannot manage something that you cannot measure.

      Assume there are 100 customers that play Aion, and each is spending 100€ per month. If the customer satisfaction is on 90% for this month, this means that GF can expect to lose 1000€ of recurring revenue the next month.

      This should be self-explanatory, in the case of more than 50% of the customers being unsatisfied. I would be curious to see the customer satisfaction % through a survey, that will be later on communicated to the decision-makers of GF. I can't simply imagine being a manager of any kind of company, identifying very low customer satisfaction and do nothing about it.

      I will move this conversation elsewhere. Please keep smashing that fail event.
