In the KR version of Aion, acquisition of Kaisinel is only possible through the cash shop, there is no way a free to play player can acquire Kaisinel, ever, no matter how much they work for it.
This does not have to be the way for us at EU, custom changes can be requested of NC and implemented in the favor of the player.
One such ways that I recommended is the Challenge of Skill; this way mentions that Kaisinel can not be acquired through the shop nor through events nor through transformation fusion luck, but it will be an exclusively available reward from completing this Challenge of Skill.
What this challenge implies is, it will take the player on a solo mission throughout Atreia, it will challenge the player both mentally and physically; this meaning that the player will have to answer questions regarding the Aion's Lore, Ancient Aion's Lore and combat very powerful NPCs standing in your way that require highly skilled execution of cooldowns to defeat. The capabilities of different classes are taken into account here.
Examples of questions could include:
Who is the Chosen Drakan?
Who is Aion?
Will the Empyrean Lords die?
Who is the child of Aion?
How did the Dragon Lords come into being?
What is the Aether?
Who is the Vessel of Aion?
These are just some examples of easy questions that everyone can answer, the challenge would imply many more questions of which many can not be found by searching them on google.
After a player completes the challenge they would contact Support who will review their progress, and if found completed with no abnormalities the player is either rewarded with a single transformation contract that permanently unlocks the Kaisinel transformation, or have it outright unlocked by the Support.
Note: Only 1 character per account can complete the challenge, IP address abnormalities would be logged, transformations are unlocked account-wide (as they are currently on the PTS).
Everyone is free to voice their own ways of how they would like to see transformations made available, but they should not be made through challenges that require group effort, it should be an adventure one takes alone.
