I got only the 2 from the "So long" event so I'm asking the same question. And I already hit 80

Someone on lfg said that only the people who created account after 6.2 get 2 free scrolls and they show up after you hit a certain level.

New players will get it in shop when they reach lvl 50. Old or returning players will get in in a mail (not in game) on the e-mail bound to your account. You will actually get a code that gives more than just contracts

The survey system is broken currently. That's also why we couldn't offer gift on the PTS.

You mean you guys couldnt offer gifts on the PTS by survey system, because you definitely could do it with the account system, just like it happened and already did, so thats not a correct answer if your meant to give a reason of why the lack of needed items to actualy be able to atleast test the dungeons you later asked feedback from.

About those 2 transformation scrolls, I asked the support why I didn't receive mine in my mailbox, since I play for at least 5 years now. They said that it's because I unsubscribed the "Aion newsletter" and that they won't help me. And they closed my ticket...
I find their answer really odd.
So now, what about those 2 scrolls? Do I really have to sit on them?

Nope nothing in the aion shop nothing to redeem, not in veteran rewards, not in exclusive rewards, nothing, not in gold sands shop, no email, no nothing and it the ONLY level 70 char I have feel free to check my account
