Any ETA on fixing cross server issues?

    • I think they forget it.... BTW it is fun.

      1 Find a group in crosserver
      2. Capture the garrison. 10-30 min
      3. Pray to God for noone else apply while you waiting.
      4. If you lucky you can apply
      5. Do your 5-10 minute instance.
      6. Regroup
      7. Wait another 10-30 min for legate
      8. Pray to God for previous group member also can take the camp on the other server, cuz if not its another 5-10 minute if you can hold yours.
      9. Do your 5-10 minute instance.

      BTW if you dont have full pvp gear only working it in the rush hours, cuz you cant kill the "campers" from the opposite fraction whoes have plenty of freetime.

      I think this method is more simple than to SHIFT+V and click on Apply.

    • --> Cross Server didn't had pumpkins last year aswell if I recall correct. Doubt there will be a fix about that.

      --> Well, that specific points apply only to Holy Tower.
      You can finish all HT Runs after turning the camp to your faction. Maybe you will need two attempts...yikes
      Only Narakali Entrance is annoying af sometimes, but meh...

      --> GoK Bonus is temporary fixed with the raised kinah you get from the normal one.

      I doubt any of those issues are handled as prio 1, the pumpkin event will end tomorrow either way.

    • Well, after all the extra maintenance that they have done in the pass, it looks like they are giving time off to the technical team as we approach a second week in a row without maintenance.


      Can we get an ETA of when all the issues will be addressed, or at least the next issue on the line?

      No patch to add = no maintenance, as simple as that. Why would we shut down the servers for a few hours if we have no fix to provide? Hopefully some of the issues will be addressed with next week's maintenance. We will confirm before the maintenance as usual.

      Almost every time yes we had one or at least something that required a maintenance. Either a patch (fixing big or minor bugs) or something related to an event (removing items, deactivating/activating), or character transfers after merges.

      It's far from being the 1st time we don't have a maintenance running.

    • this is the patch (imo) that has the most bugs even minors yet we dont get a single fix for two weeks what is the team working on are they so busy testing platinyerk system (or whatever its called) or already preparing for 6.5 patch or smth?

      The AION team here at GF is not fixing the bugs (except a few exceptions that we can fix on our side). We usually report them to NC, and then we receive a fix for it. If you check the known issue you'll realize that a lot of bugs were fixed recently (~75% of the list). We are indeed working on Hero Trials and Platinerk but this is not the reason why not all bugs are fixed yet. Fixing bugs is always the priority.

      Edit : So you can't do anything about fixing bugs. You seem to be the same as a dropshipping company, if there is a problem with a provider, you send the help ticket to them and you bring the fix to your side aaaaand of course with a result of a commission.

      A pure marketing booming trend scam. It creates employment, but destroys the core of it, in our case, the game. Cool.

      This is nothing new or unique here, many many games and/or MMo's have a developer and a publisher which are not the same company and both are fulfilling a different role and working together. Nothing really strange here, I don't see what marketing or scam has to do with any of that ?(

    • At least give us a sneak-peak on the new hero trials and platinerk systems.
      This way you can have some feedback from us.
      Otherwise it's a clear sign that all of these changes are not to fix the issues players are having but merely another "marketing strategy" or better said "cheap trick".
