3 weeks to fix a simple bug for a low level instance entry? seriously i think you don't realize how important this is, specially in addition to all other things we are missing IG

Otherwise it's a clear sign that all of these changes are not to fix the issues players are having but merely another "marketing strategy" or better said "cheap trick".

Did you not read what Galeas just said? GF has to wait for bugfixes from ncsoft. Players & QA report bugs in support & on the forum, they get forwarded by Gameforge and then wait for a fix. What you find a "simple bug" might in reality not be so easy to fix you know.

No, They dont have to wait till NCsoft will send them fix for bug. GF after Maintenance with Kinah they made another bug which was unlimited entry of GoK (bonus) via server-wide. Servers were shut down immediately (inhuman reaction lmao). After that next issue which is bug, wider-server wont work.

Btw Senpai I know Youre not an code-programist (or idk, are You? :D) or whatever its called, buts that kind of job is rly demanding and takes time/ but how is it possible that ru/na have faster bug fixes than eu? and How is it possible to instead of fixing something, create another mess?

If this sentence is true, why instead of wait for fix from ncsoft they "blocked" gok bonus and (again) "blocked" server-wide?
They should wait with fix ( maybe to the next maintenance) and then implement it. ?
Cuz its kinda messy like someone says "gf must wait with fix from ncsoft", and then gf is able to do things in other way.Thank U, next. -

atm the results are pure crap and amateurish as hell
if ncsoft needs 3 weeks to fix such a simple bug then is time to stop playing
on the other hand i think is more of a GF priority on the fix list sent to ncsoft -

More than 1 month and dont fix yet?
Afking near HT entrance not too funny.... I lost a lot of friend via interserver cuz of enormous waiting time....
BTW can we get an official feedback from the DEVELOPER why other PUBLISHERS can use this function and we cant?
As a costumer i think will be deserved it. -

You can't use the integrated server from the base because you would get unlimited Garden of Knowledge entries with it.

The funniest part is ... IT USED TO WORK JUST FINE , then they added some kinah as a reward .. and IT STOPPED WORKING. So mr.Sita try to understand our frustration and stop saying its a HUGE bug and hard to fix , ty.

To implement Hero Trials (that already existed) takes incredible amount of time. You just needed to change quests and rewards, system was and worked.
