Pinned 7.0 First info

The current update line is 6.2 - 6.5 - 7.0; 6.6; 6.7; 6.8; 6.9; 6.9.5; 6.9.9; are all minipatches that don't change the patch's number anymore it seems.

Keep in mind this can always change.

Most of the mini patches (fortnightly) after the main patch didn't affect the number anyway, it barely ever has done. It's always been on some signficant change.

6.5 was fairly quick after 6.2, but I don't think that is going to affect us, we will most likely get 6.5 in 1st week of February. and 7.0 is likely to be 2nd week of september

Relax we need 6.5 1st and we Will not have 7 before the next september

They could skip that patch and rush to get 7.0.

Impossible and without 6.5 none Will stay like this until summer. 6.5 has a lot of fixes changes and easier +++

From what been explained, no they won't as the current PvP gears would be marked as "Tier 1" gears, and you can upgrade the "Tier 1" gears to new "Tier 2" gears during 7.0 update (only seems to apply on PvP gears).

Not to forget, 7.0 patch is atleast 6-8 months away for us (we would be getting 6.5 around Feb-Apr).

Well, that isn't something new though. Since each big update makes the older gears useless or weaker.
The problem is the how fast we can farm and enjoy the current gears.

7.0 is atleast 6-8 months away from us, and the way they are making the next update, atleast the current PvP gears won't be obsolete next patch (like it was during the transition of Mythic PvP during 4.X or the multiple changes with PvP gears during 5.X).

Not to forget, the 7.0 gears stat doesn't seem that different from the current ones, so the current gears could be useful even then (though a bit weaker). Only thing, we won't be getting the current gears anymore during 7.0, so it would mainly affect those who like certain skins of the current gears.

As for PvE gears, the difference is stat between 6.X gear and 7.x gears seem similar to that of between "Hyperion"/"Enhanced Hyperion" gears and "Makarna" gears during 4.X (and not the big difference we had between "Prigga" and "Ancient Fallusha"/"Enhanced Ancient Fallusha" during 5.X).

Do someone know something about the PVP crafted? I bought this set because i have no time for blessing the garrison set, so i guess i will buy the set again…..
