welcome back?! farm kinah and buy the ultimate pve or pvp crafted gear and you're set for this patch. otherwise the pvp gear is gated behind number of weeks of farm.

they can start localization only when ncsoft is ready to send them the localization files, which might happen in 2-3 months or so from now on. then the localization is done, ncsoft takes the files, make a build, test it, give it back for testing and so on. this process used to be a lot longer in the past.

The Stella Development Institute has several characteristics that distinguish it from existing systems.

It sounds strange, but Stella Research Laboratory can challenge anyone.

I don't get why they make new sets but re-use weapons like...wut? Hopefuly they're just not finished or powerbook models are not correct yet, would be really weird for them to make 2 new sets of armour without making new weapons to go with them, especially since the weapon 3D models currently on powerbook don't even relate to the armours.
