I see you never heard of something called overcap.
Overcapping movement and attack speed will override the effects of movement speed slows and attack speed slows, so WoW will always be useful.
Chanter healing will be proportionally nerfed to their individual healing boost + Shard consumption nerf.
Which if I'm not wrong should be 20% + healing boost, which is as example at 2000 healing boost a 220% nerf to healing.
This is coming to our 6.5 patch.
Which is, logically (some people on this board don't use common sense or logic): a 100% nerf will halve the current heal, which is: 10.000 - 100% healing = 5.000 healing, -100% healing - 2.500 healing;
(Does not affect the base spell's healing, only the bonus healing from shards and healing boost)
