Hey !!! i don't know waths wrong with this game i try normaly login and get loked account why !!? i just have slow internet !! how i solve This ?? i submit request to support Team but no answer am waiting !! this is bad issu in game i was really exaiting to play

Its christmass bud, u will be heard tommo. If u tried cheating thatll explain it, or using vpn or bad proxy.

you need to wait for support
be aware though that due to christmas holiday you might not get a reply before thursday 27th, which would be the first working day after christmas
