Ranger Weaving on 200ms?

Hey I'm not a highly experienced ranger (PVE ONLY), but I'm wondering should I be weaving at this ping still or no point since I attack so slow I should just spam skills? or is the problem is that I don't have a good transformation with attack speed? I just feel so slow when attacking. and yes I still want to play a ranger. My stats are 10.1k attack and 8.5k accuracy, working towards BOS and FM gear. But doing them I feel like I do no damage. and is Sharpens arrow a stigma I should use? Any information is appreciated

You set your server as Danaria, you're on the wrong forums.

At your ping your character basically auto weaves for you.

Or, you're at the wrong server...... That ping is adequate if you are in Europe but playing in NA servers which might be your case judging by the info provided by Rym
