      - Stop reading and answering only the comments where you can say the tiny bit of argument you have. This is not the problem, there are A LOT more disappointing things in the current state of the game, why do you god damn bypass the messages talking about them ??? You're a CM, not a god damn senator or w/e related to politics. Answer please.

      - 300% boost exp event, when the PD himself said "we would have lowered the progression speed towards lvl 80 if we could", what the heck is the purpose of that exact opposite non-sense event ??? Answer please.

      - What is wrong with the RNG mongling since months ? God bring us back the Aion EU team that used to give us good rewardful and NOT RNG / half or even entierly p2w events. I understand, in gaming it's in top trend to put lootboxes or w/e related to RNG, but it works only with A LARGE COMMUNITY such as Fortnite. The ratio people leaving / people joining the game is A LOT UNBALANCED, and is going to get worse with such crappy "events". Answer please.

      - What's wrong with the website post presenting upcoming events & details, that are actually not true at all.
      • The luna promo table is wrong, there are instances requiring 20 luna to be reset, but also others requiring 30.
      • The loot on Ashunatal Dredgion is not 1 for everyone, it's 1 for the first one who loots it from the boss.
      Answer please.

      Whenever I have an answer on a topic I'll provide it. If I'm not answering then I have no answer.

      I don't have anything to communicate about shop promotions and global strategy related to the shop as it is not something I'm responsible for. If there would be more info on that it would be through global communication like the daeva's tavern or official news.

      Regarding XP boost we said it's really fast and we would have done it differently. Now the whole logic of the patch is that it's fast, we accept it and we never considered changing that. I don't see why helping new players getting there even faster or other players having other characters to the max level would be a bad thing. We are always trying to have events for new players and for "old" players in the same time as much as possible. Not always the case but most of the time it is.

      Some of the info in the events news were wrong: the one about Dredgion and possibility to get a key for all group, it's for one person instead (news was updated). The rest as far as I know is correct.

      And 1 key for the person who loots it first omg thats so much you should make that rng as well come on you dont want to give away free keys now do you?
      You guys make me sick instead of going into the right direction and making the game a little bit better you keep making it worse day after day.
      And you talked about helping new players by giving them exp boost ok i can understand that but what about old players? You could have added a drop boost since its sh*t to farm without but i guess you wouldnt know that as you never tried logging this sh*t game and see whats going on.

      Im not a f2p player i spend around 200-500€ a month but after this i wont anymore i mean whats the point? This game is not worth the money nor the effort required to play it.
      Just to give you an example on Christmas we had the legendary transformation and i spent 20k aion coins on it and didnt get it now if i wanted to gamble id rather go to a casino and not sit on my pc trying to enjoy a game that i used to have fun playing before.
      Anyway i know this msg isnt gonna change anything since gf doesnt care about the community but you wont be getting even 1 cent from me after this bs

      Don't want to sound mean. But you are the reason gameforge goes for extreme p2w. Thats a silly amound of money to spend on an old mmorpg, regardless of your income.

      I'm very glad to hear that there will be more ways to obtain the contracts "very soon". The problem now is that after being 4 months in there are a lot of people still running around in green transformations or ancient not for their class, and it is extremely frustrating. And the problem of this is that those people who do not have a workable ancient do not even see the light at the end of the tunnel because the process of making it there is both extremely limited by supply of contracts and extremely RNG dependent, including with events like this.

      Kaisinel's is fine being what you call a long term goal, also legendary transformations, but an ancient that your class can use is not a luxury but a necessity. There should have been a short to mid term option of getting these in a stable manner, because they affect the basic viability of some classes in PvE and PvP content. Keep legendary and kaisinels long term, but at least we need a guaranteed minimum tht we can work with.

      The problem with your "long term goals" is that they do not have a short term pay off to keep people satisfied or give a meaningful sense of preogression. What should be short or mid term is already long term, and from these I refer to basic progression that makes the player feel good or basic necessities that need to be covered to feel useful in a group. I am referring to enchanting, with ultimate (+15 even being the utmost top) but with enchanting even a few pieces of ancient +15 being extremely frustrating and strenuous for the majority. I'm talking transformations, where a good legendary or Kaisinels is a long term goal but a workable ancient is still a long way away for a huge number of players. I'm talking Daevanion skills, where the abysmall difference between a player who has them against some who dont is only comparable to the frustration that comes from the regular shugo being empty so much. These are all very frustrating options, that make people get angry with the game and in some cases outright quit.

      Also, a "very soon" coming from you (not because its you, you meaning from gameforge) does not feel very reassuring because hero trials have been promised for a while now and keep being delayed, platinerk more of the same, and we keep being promised events that fix the problems but are always gated behind huge RNG checks. Look at this new years event for example, the armor upgrading and alchemic insignia grind is fine because you know you can get enough of them to make a legendary part before the event ends even if it take you a while to get there. But the keys and chests are only a tease with how the items that were promised to us are kept behind RNG layers, yet again.

      Your game has problems, you know the problems and how to fix them. Now its time to stop with the empty promises and actually deliver because a "very soon" from any gameforge employee feels like empty words at the moment. Your credibility is on the floor and no longer promises will be trusted unless you start acting.

      If i remember correctly- Aion is f2p. But how much that guy spend for Kaisinel? F2p players can't get even gold forms (after 4 months). So. Tell me pls, what time does it takes to get legendary form for special class or even Kaisinel form? 2 years? In 2021 then we will get 8.0 and forms will be changed or deleted? We need balance in game. For example: Long term goal= 1 year- to get Kaisinel. We have 7 legendary transformation. So we need to get 7 legendary forms at least for 1 chance to get Kaisinel (if 6 forms will be the same). Right? Ok. So we need to get it in 1 year= 12 months. It is 1- 2 legendary transformation every month.
      Remember? The most ppl still can't get normal ancient form (in 4 months), not even legendary.
      Still thinking that NCsoft politics is good?

    • The fix is really simple, don't try to find complex ways to implement features to give them, which in the end are worse than it is now or still not decent enough.

      The easiest way to allow players to get more transform contracts is to reduce the price in the gold sand trader shop to 1m kinah instead of 12.7m or so for example, and allow us to buy 5 per day per character.
      Then we can farm and just buy them ingame at a decent rate.

      They realised earning kinah in 6.x is hard and they implemented the additional kinah as drops in mirash and garden so people can earn kinah decently, and on the other hand, they keep the price for contracts way high so most people can just buy 1 per week and then complain they're looking for ways to give us more contracts as they also realize the amount of contracts is lacking?

      Reduce price to 1m kinah and raise the maximum buy limit to 5 instead of 1, problem solved.
      It will still require us to buy many contracts.
      If you really need 2000 contracts or so to get a chance for kaisinel, it's still 2b kinah spent for one item in fact and months of farming.

      There is also another issue with the ''long term goals'' is that they have ending date, unless they change completely the rates of enchantment succes on ancient gear of the 6.5 update and the enchange of the new gear in 7.0 like i explain here

      The true problem here is not that our progres is slow due to lack of enchant stones, thats not the problem by itself, i mean the progres could be even lower with less enchants and still be okay, since everyone is under the same restrictions and suply.

      The problem here is that our delay between updates are pretty much the same as AionKR, this means that with our gear progression model, the overall level of gear is way too far behind to be in the same situation as AionKR had when the servers hit the new gear, this is the true issue, because if nothing changes, we gonna have the update with the new gear and the players will be still not even reaching half way of the current gear.

      The players will be in a situation where if they didnt save literaly every single enchant stone to progress on the new gear instead of the current one, they will be with outdated set half way with the need to start over on the new one because is not worth to keep going with that one in order to progress to the new one, it will be way more easy to just start over with the new one.

      This is just because of how the set is enchanged and what that means, basicaly is like you downgrade the progress.
      Current +15 ultimate can be enchanged for the new +0 ultimate, and the same for the legendary and ancient, this means that if you have +14 ultimate or lower then you go down to nothing, because you can get the new legendary +0 with just ancient enchantment stones enchanting directly the new ancient to +15, in other words, if you dont have the current +15 ultimate and you want the new gear, you start from nothing.

      This is the problem here, this is the purpose of this thread, to make this a know issue so not only the AionTeam @Galeas know about this, but also you all the players, so in the case that you want to keep playing this game and be geared with the new set, dont waste your enchant stones into making multiple genesis pieces half way and go for +15 a single ultimate instead if you can or just craft everything and save the enchant stones for the new set.

      I actually feel sorry for you @Galeas, but after watching the apologies from PD Tom I have nothing but disdain for Gameforge as a whole. You offer us a discussion thread to air our views and to ask what we want, then a month or more later you are still putting this rng rubbish in the shop, proving once again the old P2W Aion is back with a vengeance. Really we ask for the most basic need to play the game, at least as it was before, regarding attack speed and speed etc, ancient transformations give us this need, some are lucky but the majority are not and are running around with at best green transforms and some even greens but the wrong type. You put these needed transforms in your cash shop then you hide them behind a massive rng box over and over again, you have learnt nothing from all the feedback or you just don't give a damn about your customers, you saw what the person earlier in this thread got from spending 1300 coins and this is Gameforges way, milk your playerbase until one of two things happen. First they quit and never return, good riddance, second they stay but never use your shop again, both ways GF loses out, no income or at worst no playerbase.
      Sure the whales will provide your income for a while, until they get bored because players have vanished so they have no-one to beat up and bully 24/7, until they to quit. If this is your long term goal then congrats its working as required, if its a mistake again then maybe another sorry will cover it, I seriously doubt it though. If you really want to have long term goals then maybe first you should consider having a long term game. Peace out.
