I don't know the full story, but it seems you are trying to connect to ereshkigal server, which is currently being "merged" (players can register for server transfers). Try another server.

I desactivated Windows Defender Firewall, i desactivated my antivirus, and i opened ports 2106, 7777, 10241, and 80 in my router page.
I didn't play before, i discovered the game yesterday -
