instant disconect

when i login with any character i got instant disconect from the server but only just a weekends this is the second. i did speedtest on my internet and i have 3-10 ping all the time.
somebody Have any solution for this ?

You have 3-10ping to Aion server you are trying connect to or to random nerest server in speedtest?

my friend if i got disconect what are u think how mutch my ping on Aion server??

i just want to know why happening and what can i do with this.

Hi @nyunyo,

I personally have not experienced any disconnects lately and I'm not aware of any major connectivity problems. If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest you to send a ticket to Support to get help. Have a look at my signature for a quick link to the Support page.
