Can anyone answer me how much gladiator need crit and accuracy in 4.9 pvp/pve (no scrolls no food),like what is minimum and what is max stats.thx.

PvP: 975 crit (assuming you use officer food), else 915 crit (assuming you use crit food), so you will run around with 1100 crit self buffed. There are some people that stack strike resist or even use strike resist scrolls, but you can safely ignore that. I wouldn't stack 100-150 more crit cuz of that 1 person you meet in 2-3 month.
3100 Accuracy do quite well against most classes, Sin and Ranger might Dodge you with berserking up sometimes. Max. Accu is 4200-4300 (the new mythic strife set can boost clerics up to that amount of block).
I advice to make a dedicated set for Accuracy to counter those block clerics, Templars, etc and run some attack/crit set as main PvP set.
PvE: (example Makarna Beritra HM boss) cap 1400 crit / ~3400 Accuracy - that's with food and scrolls. You will reach those stats with buffs from chanter only. -
and now in aion 5.0 ? what the best state for gladiator?
and is attack important cause I have 980 attack and I see ppl have 1500 attack!! -
I don't know what stats you need in 5.0, but if i compare my stats with some korean gladiators and good gear i feel like a noob with this:

You rly need to be naked if thats your attack on polearm. Normally with bad gear glads have around 1050-1100 on pole.
Also to add to click's response: most important for your attack is to have your weapon enchanted as this is the dmg that increases your skill dmg as well !

In PvP set i barely made it to 1405 attack lol. My +12 Polearm (The legendary blablabla forgot name) is actually best attack of all.
I also have +15 arkhal and +11 rune hero Spear, but because of my level '68' i still have lower attack with these weapons so i still use my +12 pole.
With extend enhanced badly deformed polearm i only get about 1260 attack.
Got any more tips in getting higher attack?
(I currently use my rank 1, 65 AP gear cuz my rank dropped from 2-star to rank 1 in the time i stopped playing.)
I also have the 65 AP gear for 2 star offi but i need to get rank in order to augment it.
Reyzorr - Lv. 70 Gladiator - Hellion
Gigglestick - Lv. 68 Chanter - Hellion -
That's my PvP set (+15 rank 1 AP) and the Polearm is +17 Shadowy Dragon blabla Makarna Pole with 2* Offi merge.
Every single slot is socketed atk5/crit9 and 2x attack +8 in ancient slots.
+7 enhanced Feather attack/crit.
+15 Officer wings
Eternal Idian from Runatorium (12-14 attack, 52-57crit and pvp atk).
+30 Power, +30 Accuracy from creation points, rest in Earth form and skills.
Idk what else gives attack... -

Well not for 10 attack only XD
Shadowy +17 fused with myth rank1 ap
+12 myth AC fused with myth bm
Got 30 more atk but mainly 40ish more attack on every skill and 0.5% pvp attack, not so bad considering i socketed only +6/+7 creative manastones.
A good compromise between 4.9 and 5.1 -

How could u reach 1.644 anyway ? , let me guess attack+6/crit+9 ? or cause with +5/+9 noway to make it -

That's the best u can get as a beginner now. -
i got all that, im 67 lvl and im thinking maybe about full moon set?

naah.
1) u have to make it +10 or higher and it can break
2) there is better gear
3) 5.1 inc, there is even more better gear
So stay with what u have right now, and try to get to lvl70 / 71 before 5.1 to be ready for new instances.
(btw i used scrolls+food)
