I am only level 40 right now so I use arcane tbolt, storm strike and ice harpoon. I still have no idea what stigmas I should be using right now, and is ice harpoon good in pvp? Considering that I can sub storm strike with absolute zero and use flame spray instead in pvp. Ice harpoon is a good extra skill as sorcs don't have that many skills with a short cooldown. Anyways I just want to know what stigma build is ideal for pvp.

get to lvl 70. when you will be there, you will have found the answer yourself.
probably you will end up with the stigmas that lead to aoe sleeep vision stigma, or something very similar. -

for solo pvp: hevi.cc.ua/en/sorcerer/#aibqen:65 (or the same as group pvp, depends on your playstyle, i just prefer to dont use reflect 1v1, but sometimes u can meet 2-3 enemies and use it, so your choice)
